The rooms at Premier Inn Dubai Barsha Heights are just what we needed for our family trip. The air-conditioning, free WiFi, and coffee machine made our stay comfortable and convenient. The kids loved the flat-screen TV and spacious seating area.

I found the hairdryer a bit less powerful for my liking. But others might not have an issue.

We were impressed with the friendly and efficient service from check-in to check-out. The room was clean and comfortable, and the daily cleaning was impeccable. The breakfast had a wide variety of fresh and tasty options, and we particularly enjoyed the freshly baked pastries. the hotel was within walking distance of many restaurants, making it a convenient choice for dining out.

The parking facilities were a bit limited, which made it challenging for us to find a spot for our rental car.

I always return for the superb amenities, helpful staff, and cozy ambiance. On my first visit, the staff recommended great dining spots. With Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness center, and more, it suits me perfectly. I'm coming back for another trip soon.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location is fantastic, within walking distance of the metro, and very close to all the major tourist attractions in the city. The breakfast was amazing, with so many varieties, even in the restaurant at breakfast time which was a lot. The hotel facilities were also great, with a pool and a sports bar below. Lastly, the staff were so friendly and helpful!

The restaurant had delicious meals and the breakfast was also really good, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The room service was quick and the food was tasty. The staff were mostly helpful, except for one person who was a bit rude upon our arrival.

As a business traveler, I really appreciated the central location of the hotel, making it convenient to reach Dubai's attractions. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate the busy crowd. The new and clean facilities, including the quiet and comfortable rooms, were impressive. Additionally, having a 24-hour Carrefour market next to the hotel and a Costa Coffee on the ground floor added convenience to my stay.

Felt completely at home, had nothing to complain about.
